Abstract
Objective of this study was to determine individual characteristics of business leaders influence to effectively business activities of enterprises in province of Binh Dinh. Methods of descriptive statistics and analysis of multivariate linear regression were used in study. Research results show that level of influence of factors such as year number of enterprise, CEO’s experience, CEO’s age, CEO’s degree, Manufacturing enterprises, Enterprises by type of ownership and CEO’s Gender affects business performance of enterprise in Binh Dinh province.
