Abstract

Graphene oxide (GO) was electrochemically reduced on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface (ERGO/GCE). Under the optimized conditions, the method allowed simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid, paracetamol and caffeine in the linear working range of 20-459 µM, 4-91 µM, 20-441 µM with limit of detection (3Sy/x/b) (LOD) of 3.71, 1.68, 2.45 µM and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of 11.1, 5.03, 7.34 µM of for ascorbic acid (AA), paracetamol (PAR) and caffeine (CAF) respectively.
