Trong nghiên cứu này, các điều kiện khác nhau như các dung dịch phân hủy mẫu (axit, bazơ, H2O2), nhiệt độ và thời gian đã được khảo sát để xác định MPs trong các mẫu cá. Điều kiện phân hủy mẫu thích hợp là dung dịch KOH 10% theo tỉ lệ 10:1 v:w (10 ml KOH 10% tương ứng với 1,0 g mẫu cá) trong 48 giờ, ở 40 °C. Các dung dịch tách nổi polymer như NaI, NaCl, KCl, ZnCl2 cũng đã được khảo sát để lựa chọn. Dung dịch phù hợp để tách nổi các polymer trong dịch chiết mẫu cá sau quá trình phân hủy mẫu là NaCl 2 M. Từ các điều kiện phân tích đã chọn, xác định hàm lượng MPs trong cá nục (Decapterus lajang) cho kết quả là 1,1 ± 0,2 MPs/g mẫu ướt hay 65,4 ± 12,6/cá thể.Tài liệu tham khảo
