Tóm tắt
Sâm đá là một loại thảo dược được sử dụng trong các bài thuốc dân gian của Việt Nam và một số nước trên thế giới để điều trị rối loạn thần kinh, tê thấp và viêm phế quản. Khả năng chống oxy hoá của cao ethanol từ thân cây Sâm đá được đánh giá thông qua ba mô hình: tổng khả năng chống oxy hoá, khả năng bắt gốc tự do DPPH và khả năng bắt gốc tự do ABTS. Kết quả cho thấy cao ethanol có khả năng chống oxy hoá tốt với IC50 thấp (IC50 = 42,23 và 46,57 μg·mL–1 tương ứng với khả năng bắt gốc DPPH và ABTS) và hàm lượng các chất chống oxy hoá cao (207,28 ± 8,43 mg GA·g–1). Hàm lượng các hợp chất có hoạt tính sinh học (tổng các hợp chất phenol, tổng flavonoid, tổng triterpenoid và polysaccharide) trong cao ethanol từ thân cây Sâm đá được xác định bằng phương pháp trắc quang. Hàm lượng tổng các hợp chất phenol và flavonoid là 149,12 ± 1,36 mg GA·g–1 và 91,39 ± 1,33 mg QE·g–1; hàm lượng polysacharide và triterpenoid là 5,12 ± 0,07% và 35,22 ± 0,81 mg oleanolic acid·g–1. Lần đầu tiên, tổng hàm lượng triterpenoid trong thân cây Sâm đá được công bố.
