Trong nghiên cứu này chúng tôi tiến hành tối ưu hóa quy trình chiết paracetamol và clopheniramin maleat bằng phương pháp đáp ứng bề mặt với mô hình Box-Behnken với các yếu tố ảnh hưởng gồm nồng độ ethanol, thời gian chiết và tỉ lệ dung môi/nguyên liệu. Điều kiện tối ưu cho quá trình chiết xuất paracetamol và clopheniramin maleat trộn lẫn trong dược liệu bao gồm: nồng độ ethanol 96%; thời gian chiết 14,04 phút; tỉ lệ dung môi/nguyên liệu là 51,41 mL/g. Tại điều kiện tối ưu, hiệu suất chiết đối với paracatamol và clopheniramin maleat lần lượt là 98,10 và 95,64%. Kết quả tối ưu hóa đã được kiểm chứng thực nghiệm và khá tương đồng với mô hình dự đoán.
