Abstract: During the resistance war against the U.S, for national salvation (1954-1975), the Truong Son routes was a strategic "bridge" between the great rear and the great front. Not only that, the Truong Son routes was also the place where the continuous and fierce containment - anti-containment war took place. Therefore, air defense operations to protect this strategic military transport system became one of the key tasks of the forces on the line. In response to modern technological weapons in the U.S containment war, the Truong Son soldiers won with courage, intelligence and creative, persistent combat practice. This achievement was also based on the thorough understanding and flexible application of the revolutionary offensive ideology. From such an approach, the study aims to focus on clarifying the air defense operation mission to protect the Truong Son routes in the years 1965-1973. Thereby, drawing some experiences aim contributing to protecting the Fatherland today.

The research focuses on explaining the phenomenon of typological interaction in the novel Princess Dong Xuan by Tran Thuy Mai in aspects: from literature to painting and compositions; from literature to cinema and movement. Research results show that, besides the axial element of literary attributes, Tran Thuy Mai's novel Princess Dong Xuan has the mark of other art forms. The combination of literary attributes and typological elements creates aesthetic diversity, stimulating the creation of text value through the process of co-creation. This contributes to proving that type interaction is both the essence of artistic life, both an innovation of the creative subject and a discovery of the recipient.

The diverse natural resources combined with the richness of agricultural products and many traditional handicrafts were a great advantage in supplying goods for commercial activities under the Minh Mang dynasty. Among the commodities exchanged in the market, sugar was a very prominent product in the 20s and 30s of the 19th century. Therefore, the study of this commodity in both domestic and foreign trade activities not only has the meaning of identifying its position in the structure of traded commodities but also contributes to clarifying the picture of Vietnam's commercial economy under the Minh Mang dynasty.

Peer attachments play an important role during the adolescent period. It has shown correlation with adolescent mental health. However, little research pay attention to this topic in Vietnam, particularly among adolescents in social support facilities (SSF). This study aims to examine and compare the differences in peer attachment between institutionalized adolescents who live in SSF and adolescents who live in family settings, at the same time, this study explores the effectiveness of demographic factors on peer attachment. The sample of 546 adolescents split into two groups was included. The results show that peer alienation among adolescents in the SSF is higher than those in family settings. Adolescents with higher age, longer length of institutional care, and being a girl are at higher risk for peer attachment issues. Meanwhile, adolescents who had living biological parent(s) are at lower risk for peer alienation. This result has provided evidence to improve child care quality in SSF in Vietnam, particularly in terms of mental care.

The reality of teaching Russian shows that Vietnamese students face many difficulties when analyzing the structure and classifying complex Russian sentences. This is because the classification of complex sentences according to the grammatical structure in Russian has many differences compared to Vietnamese. Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on presenting the characteristics of the classification of complex sentences in Russian and Vietnamese, comparing, contrasting, finding out the similarities and differences between the two language. The research results will help students learn better Russian in general and Russian syntax in particular

XÂY DỰNG KHUNG NĂNG LỰC DẠY HỌC STEM DÀNH CHO SINH VIÊN NGÀNH SƯ PHẠM GIÁO DỤC TIỂU HỌC

In the process of forming and developing teaching competencies for students in the pedagogy sector, it is essential to construct a suitable teaching competency framework. Developing STEM teaching competencies for students majoring in Primary Education is no exception. Using a literature review method and expert method, this paper proposes a STEM teaching competency framework consisting of 04 component competencies and 11 corresponding elements. It includes (1) General awareness of STEM education at the primary level, (2) Designing STEM-themed lesson plans, (3) Organizing STEM-themed teaching, (4) Assessment in implementing STEM-themed teaching. Through this, we hope that this competency framework will effectively support both teachers and learners in developing STEM teaching competencies in Primary Education Departments and primary school teachers.

Hellenistic philosophy, with its center on ethical thought, made a new move in the history of thought, and Epicurus's philosophy was also part of that movement. Epicurus's ethics and philosophy were born to meet the need to help people live better in an unstable social context. During the formation and development of Epicurean philosophy, this school was often known for its highlight as "Epicureanism" with many misunderstandings and misconceptions. Understanding Epicurus' philosophy objectively and scientifically is necessary, so that from this philosopher's thoughts, we can refer to and absorb the necessary lessons to build a happy life.

Commercialization of patented inventions is an important component of technology transfer. Successful commercialization of patented inventions will promote technology transfer activities in enterprises and educational and research institutions. Therefore, this is an issue that many countries concern and invest in, including Vietnam. The State has developed a legal framework to regulate the above issue, especially promulgating the Law on Technology Transfer 2017 and the Law on Intellectual Property 2005 (amended and supplemented in 2009, 2019, 2022). The article studies Vietnamese law on comercialization of patent through technology transfer and its practice from 2011-2023; thus, concluding some difficulties and solutions for Vietnam.

Micro-teaching is a strategy widely used in teacher training programs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the micro-teaching in developing pre-service elementary teachers' competency to organize integrated teaching and evaluate integrated lessons in Science. The experimental process was conducted on 243 3^rd and 4^th year pre-service elementary teachers, following a micro-teaching process consisting of 2 stages. Pairwise test, one-way ANOVA analysis was conducted on SPSS 20.0 software. The results show that the integrated teaching ability of pre-service elementary teachers increased from a low level to a high level of ability after applying the micro-teaching.

This paper explores possibility of applying collaborative activities and using case-based learning in business Japanese lessons at the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture, University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University. The participants of the study are 128 fourth-year students majoring in Japanese Language. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Initial research results show that students have positive feedback on this activity. Through peer learning and using case-based learning, students not only learn knowledge about the language but also understand each other's cultural values, discover themselves and create new values together. Students also have specific suggestions related to how to organize activities effectively. The initial findings of the study allow relevant implications to be made.

COMPARATIVE THE EUPHEMISM OF "DISEASE AND DISABILITY"

IN CHINESE AND VIETNAMESE

Summary: Euphemisms referring to "illness and disability" (IID) are one of the specific groups of euphemisms used to avoid hurting others by employing indirect, subtle, and flexible language to achieve effective communication. Through statistical methods, data analysis, and comparison, this paper aims to identify the similarities and differences between IID euphemisms in Chinese and Vietnamese in specific aspects such as: structural mechanisms, semantic functions, and cultural contexts. This will help learners use IID euphemisms correctly and gain a deeper understanding of euphemisms related to illness and disability, thereby enhancing their understanding of the thinking and culture of both nations.

Tiểu thuyết chữ Hán là một trong những trọng tâm nghiên cứu của học giới Trung Quốc về văn học Việt Nam. “Việt Nam Hán văn tiểu thuyết đích phát sinh dữ diễn biến, 14 -19 thế kỷ” của Lí Chí Phong và Bàng Hi Vân là công trình mới nhất nghiên cứu tiểu thuyết chữ Hán Việt Nam ở cấp độ chuyên luận. Công trình đặt trọng điểm nghiên cứu sự hình thành và diễn biến của thể loại trong quan hệ với văn học cổ đại Trung Quốc. Quan hệ này được quy thành các phương pháp tiếp nhận bao gồm: tưởng tượng (huyễn 幻), trùng cấu (hóa 化), vay mượn (tá借), di thực (đại 代), dung hợp (nhu 柔). Tác giả đã không những chỉ ra những mối liên hệ chưa từng được phát hiện trước đây. Đồng thời, chuyên luận cũng tránh được lối mòn quá thiên về khẳng định tính ưu việt của nền văn học Trung Quốc. Tác giả hướng vào làm rõ động lực bên trong của các tác giả Việt Nam: nhu cầu sáng tạo nền văn hóa dân tộc. Thành tựu về phương pháp nghiên cứu của chuyên luận ở chỗ: tác giả lấy phương pháp khảo chứng làm trung tâm, bao gồm khảo chứng văn hóa, khảo chứng văn bản, ngoài ra còn áp dụng quan điểm biến dị văn hóa. Các phương pháp này giúp cho quan điểm tiếp cận văn học so sánh của chuyên luận trở nên chặt chẽ, có sức thuyết phục.

Abstract: The joint liability for compensation of damages by e-commerce platforms in trademark infringement in Vietnam has emerged as a significant legal issue in the context of rapidly growing e-commerce. E-commerce platforms serve as intermediary trading platforms connecting buyers and sellers but also create an environment where intellectual property infringements, particularly trademark violations, can coccur. This article discusses the legal frameworks of several countries, the current state of legislation, and the practical implementation of regulations regarding the joint liability for compensation of damages by e-commerce platforms in trademark infringement case in Vietnam. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes recommendations to improve the legal framework on this issue.

CÁC YẾU TỐ ẢNH HƯỞNG ĐẾN HÀNH VI SỬ DỤNG TÁC PHẨM BÁO CHÍ SÁNG TẠO TRÊN BÁO ĐIỆN TỬ VIỆT NAM CỦA CÔNG CHÚNG KHU VỰC TRUNG TRUNG BỘ

The study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the public's behavior of using creative works on Vietnamese electronic newspapers in the mid-central region using the technology acceptance theory (TAM) of Davis & ctg (1989) and the unified theory of acceptance and use of expanded technology (UTAUT2) of Venkatesh & ctg (2012). The research data was collected from 401 readers in the mid-central region. The study used testing methods such as Cronbach's Alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis. The research results show that there are 07 factors affecting the behavior of using creative press works on electronic newspapers of the public in the mid-central region, including: (i) perceived ease of use, (ii) expected usefulness, (iii) social influence (iv) hedonic motivation, (v) price value, (vi) facilitating conditions and (vii) habits.

The business of cosmetic surgery is one of the conditional business sectors according to Vietnam’s law. Vietnam’s law has relatively specific regulations on the business of cosmetic surgery under many legal documents; however, these regulations still expose some limitations and shortcomings that need to be improved; This article studies some legal aspects of cosmetic surgery business and its practice; thus, the author proposes a number of solutions to improve the law and strengthen the effectiveness of implementing the law on cosmetic surgery business in Vietnam.
