TÁC ĐỘNG CỦA CÔNG NGHỆ THÔNG TIN VÀ TRUYỀN THÔNG ĐẾN KINH TẾ VIỆT NAM

Abstract

Tóm tắt: Công nghệ thông tin và truyền thông (ICT) được xem như một động lực quan trọng cho phát triển kinh tế xã hội. Tại Việt Nam, ICT đã được quan tâm đầu tư phát triển, nhưng các đánh giá định lượng về tác động của ICT tới nền kinh tế còn rất hiếm. Bài báo này hệ thống hóa các đánh giá tác động của ICT tới nền kinh tế Việt Nam ở các khía cạnh vĩ mô, ngành, và doanh nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng ICT đã có tác động tích cực đến kinh tế Việt Nam. Tuy vậy, khi đi vào phân tích so sánh với các nước trong khu vực thì mức đóng góp của ICT tới tăng trưởng kinh tế và năng suất lao động, tác động lan tỏa dưới dạng ICT là yếu tố công nghệ đầu vào của sản xuất, cũng như tác động của ICT tới thay đổi mô hình kinh doanh và mô hình tổ chức của doanh nghiệp đều vẫn còn hạn chế. Từ đó, tác giả phân tích và đưa ra gợi ý đối với các doanh nghiệp và các nhà hoạch định chính sách nhằm khai thác tốt hơn ICT cho phát triển doanh nghiệp và kinh tế Việt Nam.
