A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION BETWEEN STATE-OWNED COMMERCIAL BANKS AND COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANKS IN THUA THIEN HUE – VIETNAM
Abstract
The findings of this study showed that, with all five scales of Job Descriptive Index (JDI):: Work on Present Job, Pay, Opportunities for Promotion, Supervision, Co-workers, and Job in General (JIG), there were no significant differences between employee satisfaction between State-owned commercial banks (SOCBs) and Commercial joint stock banks (CJSBs) in Thua Thien Hue based on age group, company tenure, gender and manager status.
