TUYÊN BỐ AN NINH MỸ - HÀN NĂM 2012 VÀ TRIỂN VỌNG QUAN HỆ AN NINH HAI NƯỚC ĐẦU THẾ KỶ XXI

Abstract

Ngày 14 tháng 6 năm 2012, tại Hội nghị Ngoại giao và Bộ trưởng Quốc phòng giữa Mỹ và Hàn Quốc tổ chức ở Washington đã thông qua Tuyên bố chung về an ninh hai nước. Tuyên bố chung về an ninh Mỹ - Hàn năm 2012 là sự kế thừa quan hệ đồng minh hai nước và Tuyên bố chung năm 2010 được hai bên thông qua tại Seoul. Theo đó, hai nước đã thống nhất quan điểm và giải pháp nhằm giải quyết những thách thức trên bán đảo Triều Tiên, trong khu vực và trên toàn cầu, đồng thời thảo luận về cách thức thúc đẩy liên minh ngày càng vững mạnh hơn. Đó chính là cơ sở để phát triển hơn nữa quan hệ an ninh Mỹ - Hàn trong thập niên tiếp theo. Với bài viết, các tác giả phân tích nội dung của Tuyên bố chung Mỹ - Hàn năm 2012 từ đó đánh giá tác động của nó đối với triển vọng quan hệ an ninh hai nước trong thập niên thứ hai của thế kỷ XXI.

On June 14, 2012, at the Meeting of Foreign and National Defense Ministers between United States - Republic of Korea held in Washington D.C, both countries has passed the Joint Statement on security relations. Joint Statement of the 2012 United States - Republic of Korea on security is a heritage of their alliance relations and Joint Statement of the 2010 that was passed in Seoul. Through that, both countries has come to common perception of and common measures to face and to resolve the challenges in Korea Peninsula, Northeast Asia region and all over the world; and both countries also discussed the ways to accelerate alliance become more stable and stronger. Those are also basis premises to accelerate much more about security relations between the United States and Republic of Korea in the next decade. This paper analyses the contents of Joint Statement of the 2012 United States - Republic of Korea, assessé its influences on outlook about security relations between the two countries in the second decade of the XXI century.
