Abstract
Tóm tắt: Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm xem xét ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố về tổ chức đến việc triển khai thành công hệ thống Hoạch định nguồn lực doanh nghiệp (ERP) tại các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam (DNVN). Mô hình và các giả thuyết nghiên cứu được xây dựng dựa trên sự kế thừa các kết quả nghiên cứu liên quan và kết quả khảo sát ý kiến chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực triển khai hệ thống ERP tại các DNVN. Dữ liệu nghiên cứu được thu thập từ 153 cán bộ quản lý, nhân viên IT và người dùng hệ thống ERP tại một số doanh nghiệp có triển khai ERP. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các yếu tố về tổ chức tác động lớn (76,9%) đến việc triển khai thành công hệ thống này, trong đó “Sự hỗ trợ và quyết tâm của lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp” có tác động lớn nhất.
