Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between green human resource management (GHRM), green motivation, and green behavior of employees working in hotels in Da Nang. With a sample size of 144 employees working at 21 hotels in 4 or 5 stars in Da Nang, regression analysis was utilized to test the hypotheses in the research model. The research results show that GHRM had a positive impact on employees' green motivation and green behavior. Moreover, green motivation partially mediated the relationship between GHRM and employees' green behavior. This paper adds to the limited studies on GHRM and contributes to managerial implications in promoting GHRM in hotels.
