Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify factors affeting performance of  agricultural service cooperatives in Phu Yen province. The research uses qualitative methods (focus group, discussion, key inpormant interviews) and quantitative methods (sampling survey scale reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, structural equation modeling - SEM). The research results show that there are seven factors affecting the performance of the agricultural service cooperatives in Phu Yen province. Based on that, the study proposes solutions and recommendations to enhance the performance of agricultural service cooperatives in Phu Yen province.
