Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích xây dựng và kiểm định thang đo Thực hành Logistics Xanh cho các doanh nghiệp dịch vụ logistics. Bằng cách kết hợp phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính thông qua phỏng vấn chuyên gia và phương pháp định lượng với phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA) và phân tích nhân tố khẳng định (CFA) trên dữ liệu khảo sát từ 178 doanh nghiệp logistics tại Huế, Quảng Trị, nghiên cứu đã xây dựng thành công thang đo gồm 25 biến quan sát. Các biến này được nhóm thành năm yếu tố chính: Bao bì xanh, Hiệu quả sử dụng nhiên liệu, Tối ưu hóa tuyến đường, Đo lường phát thải carbon và Logistics xanh ngược. Nghiên cứu kết luận rằng thang đo Thực hành Logistics Xanh được xây dựng là đáng tin cậy, có giá trị và có thể áp dụng để đánh giá thực hành logistics xanh trong bối cảnh các doanh nghiệp dịch vụ logistics tại Việt Nam, thể hiện cả giá trị lý thuyết lẫn khả năng ứng dụng thực tiễn.
