Sự gia tăng rác thải bao bì từ thương mại điện tử (TMĐT) đặt ra yêu cầu chuyển đổi chuỗi cung ứng theo định hướng kinh tế tuần hoàn. Nghiên cứu áp dụng phương pháp trắc lượng thư mục nhằm hệ thống hóa cấu trúc tri thức trong lĩnh vực bao bì bền vững. Tập dữ liệu gồm 572 bài báo từ cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science giai đoạn 2014-2026, được sàng lọc theo quy trình PRISMA. Phân tích bằng VOSviewer cho thấy trọng tâm nghiên cứu đã dịch chuyển từ giải pháp kỹ thuật vật liệu sang quản trị chuỗi cung ứng và cơ chế trách nhiệm mở rộng của nhà sản xuất (EPR). Phân tích mạng lưới từ khóa xác định ba hướng nghiên cứu chính gồm logistics đô thị, chính sách vĩ mô và tâm lý học hành vi. Bản đồ không gian khoa học cho thấy vai trò tiên phong của các quốc gia châu Âu, đồng thời phản ánh những thách thức quản trị rác thải tại các thị trường mới nổi. Kết quả nghiên cứu định vị nền tảng TMĐT như một chủ thể điều phối trách nhiệm sinh thái trong chuỗi giá trị. Đối với các nền kinh tế đang chuyển đổi như Việt Nam, việc triển khai bao bì tuần hoàn cần gắn với hạ tầng dữ liệu logistics, hệ thống thu gom phi chính thức và các giải pháp định hướng hành vi tiêu dùng.
