Abstract
The community of people living in the coastal zone of Thua Thien Hue with a system of intangible cultural forms, such as customs, beliefs, taboos, rituals, festivals, etc. has been formed and summarized by many generations of ancestors that have been handed down until now. These intangible cultural values are increasingly being affirmed in the trend of sustainable development of coastal areas in Thua Thien Hue province in particular and coastal areas in general. Exploiting the values of intangible cultural heritage of coastal residents in Thua Thien Hue in order to develop in a sustainable way is to realize the Party's strategic vision towards the sea.
