Abstract
By employing the theory of resilience strategies as a theoretical framework, this study aims to shows the changes in employment of female workers in the accommodation service in Hue city and how individuals adapt to these changes. By analyzing quantitative and qualitative data collected from 220 women working in hotels at the time of the survey, this study shows the employment status of female workers before and after the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Hue city, the economic and psychological pressures they have experienced, and their resilience strategies tailored to the individual's resources.
