Abstract
Job satisfaction of employees in the hotel industry is one of the vital factors affecting employee loyalty to the hotel businesses as well as its business performance. This study aims to examine, analyze and evaluate the impact of factors on job satisfaction of hotel employees in Danang. Data was collected via an online survey from 393 employees working in hotels of Danang city. Regression analysis was applied to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that only four factors including pay and promotion, training, fairness and nature of work impact on job satisfaction. Specifically, pay and promotion is the most influential factor. In addition, there is a difference of job satisfaction in different pay groups through testing ANOVA.
