Abstract
The study is conducted to identify factors affecting the adaptability of enterprises to the epidemic crisis. On the basis of the reality of adaptive activities of tourism businesses to the Covid-19 crisis in Thua Thien Hue province, the study applies two steps of qualitative and quantitative research. In which, primary data is collected from 150 tourism enterprises in Thua Thien Hue province, and the sample was selected by convenience method. Research results indicate that: Firstly, a small number of enterprises have adapted well and are hardly negatively affected by the Covid-19. Secondly, through exploratory factor analysis (EFA), there are 7 factors affecting the adaptability of enterprises extracted with 26 observed variables. Finally, there are 3 groups of factors that affect the adaptability to Covid-19 of tourism businesses in Thua Thien Hue province, in which supply chain flexibility (SC) is the factor that has the greatest influence on the dependent variable, and the least influential factor is flexibility in organizational operations (VH).
