Abstract
Green human resource management (GHRM) has increasingly played a pivotal role in promoting organizational sustainability in the face of global environmental challenges. Although a growing body of research has examined this field, systematic reviews based on bibliometric approaches remain limited. This study aims to fill this gap by providing an overview of GHRM development, identifying influential authors and publications, and analyzing the main research directions in the field. Using a bibliometric approach with VOSviewer, the findings reveal a significant increase in GHRM-related publications, particularly during the period from 2019 to 2025. Keyword co-occurrence and citation network analyses identify four main research streams that represent the core directions of the field. Building on these insights, the study proposes an IPO (Input–Process–Output) model to develop a multidimensional analytical framework for green human resource management, linking driving factors to sustainable outcomes. These findings contribute to synthesizing existing knowledge and provide a foundation for guiding future research.
