Abstract
Among the mark of technological revolution 4.0, mobile devices’ smart functions can support learning everywhere and every time under wireless network. Therefore, mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) has been believed to enhance English teaching and learning. Nevertheless, the capility to use mobile technology need to be evaluated before mobile learning application employment. Current writing is to present how EFL teachers are able to use mobile devices for their English teaching at a university in Vietnam through the survey on 69 EFL faculties by questionnaire attached twelve statements within fifteen minutes and three open-ended questions for in-depth interview. The investigation was carried out in the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year, which data were collected and analyzed by the mixed-methods. The findings stated that EFL teachers are firmly confident to use mobile devices to support their English teaching.
