Abstract

In this article, the author briefly presents some theoretical issues about the right to access information about land such as the concept and meaning of the right to access information about land, responsibilities of state agencies in publicize land information, forms of access to land information. The main content of the article, the author briefly presents the results achieved in the implementation of the law on ensuring the right to access to information about land in Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province. Thereby the author analyzes to point out the limitations and obstacles that still exist in the implementation of the law to ensure the right to access information about land. From the practice of the research area with its own characteristics, the author proposes a number of solutions to contribute to perfecting the law and practice of ensuring the right to access information about land in the country in general, in the city. Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province in particular.
